At Lumineux Health, pricing is transparent, direct-pay, and built around you — not a billing code. Every plan is individualized, so costs reflect the actual time and expertise involved in your care.

Getting Started

Your journey begins with a comprehensive lab panel ($275), which gives us a full picture of your hormone health — including lipids, thyroid, metabolic markers, and more. Follow-up lab testing is not as expensive as the preliminary panel. From there, your Initial Consultation ($499) is where we review your results together and map out a treatment plan tailored to your symptoms, history, and goals.

Ongoing Care

• Once hormone balance is achieved, the average woman comes every three months for a new implant ($525 per visit), with follow-up labs included in that price ($150).

• Men generally receive pellet therapy 2–3 times per year ($999 per visit), supported by follow-up lab work to ensure safe, effective dosing.

• If you would prefer a non-pellet approach, our Hormone Optimization Program is $350/quarter and includes labs, prescriptions, compounding pharmacy coordination, InBody scans, and injectable hormone therapy.
